Classes start at 7:00pm and run until 8:30pm. Please arrive by 6:50pm to get settled in.
The class consists of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and a brief talk. The meditation practice will start promptly at 7:00 with a guided meditation followed by walking and movement meditation and then silent practice. There will be a talk, given by our teacher, ending at 8:30pm.
In the summer, classes are student-led and online-only, ending with the reading of an article and a group discussion.
Please read our guidance document Before Your First Class, before attending.
For further guidance, we periodically offer an Introduction to Mindfulness class.

Street parking is available. There is also a Green-P parking lot at the church one block south of Danforth.
